(1)這是所有學佛者都遇到的共同問題。 (2)不要有對抗煩惱、對抗生活的心理。不妨每天早上和黃昏固定散步半小時,輕鬆地一直覺知腳步的移動,以這個方式當作禪修,練習一二個月,使自己漸漸達成散步時內心沒有雜念,清楚地覺知腳步的移動。這是核心的法門,也可以檢驗自己的功夫有無長進,並能漸漸嘗到法樂。
