問:如何修心念住?有何依據?

答:依據《瑜伽師地論》,已得近分定者,如下修習心念住:

(a)覺了心:如實覺知1有貪心、2離貪心。3有瞋心、4離瞋心。5有癡心、6離癡心。1略心、2散心。3下心、4舉心。5有掉動心、6無掉動心。7有寂靜心、8無寂靜心。1有等引心、2無等引心。3善修習心、4不善修習心。5善解脫心、6不善解脫心。

(b)喜悅心:若有時為惛沈、睡眠蓋覆障其心,由極於內住寂止故,爾時於外隨緣一種淨妙境界,示現、教導、讚勵、慶喜,策發其心。

(c)制持心:若有時為掉舉、惡作蓋覆障其心,由極於外住囂舉故,爾時於內安住寂靜,制持其心。

(d)解脫心:於心善修、善習、善多修習為因緣故,令現行蓋皆得遠離,於諸蓋中心得清淨。
