（1）依據佛法的論典，整個 佛法的修行過程 ，分成資糧 道、加行 道、見 道、修 道、無學 道等五道。內觀法門的修行次第也不例外。 （2）內觀法門的核心是 三十七菩提分法，依據佛法的論典 ，三十七菩提分法同樣可以分配成五道。 （3）聲聞道、獨覺道、菩薩道，同樣都是分成這五道 ，同樣都要修 內觀法門。
