林教授,夏天已经到来,天气炎热,我想请问几个问题
1、能不能赤膊静坐 2、能不能在空调间静坐 3、静坐时不用毛巾毯裹脚可以吗

1、家內炎熱時可赤膊靜坐。此時可由頭到腳覺知全身的感受，觀察其無常和非我。 2、可在空調間靜坐，但冷氣勿直吹身上。 3、靜坐時毛巾蓋膝為佳。
