問:如何修心念住中的「覺了心」?有何依據?

答:依據《瑜伽師地論》,分成「行時」和「住時」,如下修習心念住中的「覺了心」:

一、於「行時」如實覺知六種心:1有貪心,謂於可愛所緣境事,貪纏所纏。2離貪心,謂即遠離如是貪纏。3有瞋心,謂於可憎所緣境事,瞋纏所纏。4離瞋心,謂即遠離如是瞋纏。5有癡心,謂於可愚所緣境事,癡纏所纏。6離癡心,謂即遠離如是癡纏。

二、於「住時」如實覺知十四種心:

1 略心,謂由正行,於內所緣繫縛其心。2散心,謂於外五妙欲,隨順流散。3下心,謂惛沈、睡眠俱行。4舉心,謂於淨妙所緣,明了顯現。5掉心,謂太舉故掉纏所掉。6不掉心,謂於舉時及於略時,得平等捨。7寂靜心,謂從諸蓋已得解脫。8不寂靜心,謂從諸蓋未得解脫。以上屬淨除諸蓋的階段。

1定心,謂從諸蓋得解脫已,復能證入根本靜慮。2不定心,謂未能入。3善修心,謂於此定長時串習,得隨所欲、得無艱難、得無梗澀,速能證入。4不善修心,與此相違,應知其相。5善解脫心,謂從一切究竟解脫。6不善解脫心,謂不從一切不究竟解脫。以上屬淨除煩惱的階段。
