我最近身体检查，发现有高血压疾病，血压为150/100，请问是不是适合双伽趺坐？是不是双伽趺坐会使血压更高？

高血壓有高血壓的原因，當由醫生鑑定並治療。 禪修不一定要跏趺坐。 依據經上例子，立禪、經行都可證悟。
